A dual South African and United Kingdom national, Jimmy is the eldest son and namesake of MotoGP racing Hall of Fame Legend Jim Redman M.B.E. and a Springbok, National Champion sportsman himself. Jimmy is also ranked a Top 10 Innovator across UK press.
Focused on the global challenges of recovering contaminated fuels and significantly reducing exhaust emissions in a sustainable and eco-friendly manner, following four decades of experience in diverse chemical fields from technical printing chemistry, coatings and sealants through to industrial detergents and retail brands, covering all aspects of R&D, production, toll manufacturing, packaging, branding, sales and distribution.

He is a founder and co-founder of multiple companies, his formulations are included in the ranges of global companies and have earned a number of green and sustainability awards from transport, fuel, port and shipping industry bodies. Jimmy has also received personal awards for his efforts and is now devoted to further progressing these technologies on a path of sustainability, decarbonisation, emissions reduction, cleaner air and improved health in order to help reduce the global 7 million deaths a year attributed to particulate matter.
